DELIVERY POLICY
All of the prices shown on our website include FREE UK delivery to one address of your choice (excluding Channel Islands). Please make sure when filling in the delivery address you put as much information as possible, including, full postal code and daytime contact number and ensure that someone will be at that address to sign for the delivery of your goods on the day of delivery.

We use a credible courier company and they always aim to deliver your goods on the day indicated at the time of order, however, we cannot be held responsible for any late deliveries or damages that might happen during transit after they have left for delivery. However the courier company are fully insured for loss or damage of goods, but this MUST be taken up with the courier company direct and NOT us.

PAYMENT

All orders MUST be paid for in full at time of order using our safe and secure online payment method. We use World Pay, the UK’s leading payment provider and preferred choice of many leading banks.

PRIVACY INFORMATION

We take online payment very serious and by asking you to provide us with your card details, we, Essex Print & Publications Ltd, guarantee that all card details will be destroyed after your payment has been processed and authorised. We will ONLY keep your name, address and email address on our system for internal purposes only. We will NEVER pass these details onto a third payment under ANY circumstances.


CANCELLATION POLICY

Should you need to cancel an order, please email us immediately at orders@greatrateprint.co.uk however there will be a cancellation fee applied if your order has been processed and is in production as each job is tailor made for an individual client and therefore cannot be resold. If your job has been printed already, you will be charged in full. However if your job has only been plated, a charge of £55 per plate will apply.

RETURNS AND PROOF APPROVAL INFORMATION

Your order must always be proof approved before it is printed. We, Essex Print & Publications Ltd, do not offer a returns, exchanges or refunds policy as all jobs are tailor made to individual client requirements and can therefore NOT be resold. In the unlikely event that your goods are damaged, please tell us within 3 working days of receipt of goods by emailing orders@greatrateprint.co.uk Your job must be returned to us in order to receive a credit for damaged goods. We, Essex Print & Publications Ltd, will NOT be held responsible for any loss due to a late delivery by the third party courier service.
